This is the dressed up version of our Verdejo made from the same 4th year Verdejo grapes that were tanning all summer till maturity while enjoying those cool summer nights.
Fermented in stainless steel and finished on lees in new French oak for 5 months. This lightly toasty straw colored wine has a rich body and layered aromas. .
