These 3 year old vines soaked up all that heat and sun to produce a bumper crop this Spanish varietal. The long days and cool nights of the region foster maturity and ripeness while maintaining acidity. Stainless steel fermented with a touch of lees contact and Malo lend this pale colored wine body and complexity usually reserved for oak aged wines. Finish is creamy and lingering.
