Morris Hill Wine Co. is a boutique winery in Garden City, Idaho. We make wine in small lots so each one can speak for the place it was grown.
We source fruit from vineyards we know well, including Williamson Vineyard (all our Verdejo) and Sunny Slope (Cinsault) in Idaho's Snake River Valley AVA, Rock Spur Vineyard (rosé of Malbec), Kerry Hill Vineyard (Carménère), and the Horse Heaven Hills and Sawtooth vineyards (Syrah). Our wine names come from Boise landmarks, like the Depot and the Old Penitentiary, because the Boise area is home.

2025 Depot Verdejo — $20
Our newest Verdejo, from Williamson Vineyard, named for the Boise Depot.
The Depot Verdejo 2024 — $15
From Williamson Vineyard. Fermented in stainless steel with time on the lees for texture. Bright, crisp, and easy to love. 13.6% ABV.
The Depot Verdejo 2024, Barrel Aged — $20
The same Williamson Vineyard Verdejo given five months in new French oak, for a rounder, richer take. 13.3% ABV.
Rose Hill Rosé 2025 — $15
Rosé of Malbec from Rock Spur Vineyard.
Rose Hill Rosé Malbec 2024 — $15
A rosé of Malbec from Rock Spur Vineyard, with red cherry and a strawberry finish. 13.5% ABV.
Carménère 2025 — $20
From Kerry Hill Vineyard. Light-bodied, fresh, and fruity with a little spice. Made for pizza, patios, and parties.
2022 Old Penitentiary Petit Verdot — $25
From one of the highest vineyards on Red Mountain. Full-bodied and aged more than a year in second-year barrels. Named for Boise's Old Idaho Penitentiary.

Schedule a tasting
Sit down with four to five of our current releases and the stories behind the glass. A tasting takes 45 minutes to an hour and a half. Tastings are $15. Wine by the glass is $7.
Walk-ins are welcome Sundays, 12–5 pm. Other days are by appointment.
